A Bright Spot on a Long Day: Frush threw a party for my coworkers!

Have you heard of this fabulous brand on yogurt drinks?  I was recently offered a fantastic opportunity to try these out with my co-workers and I am so excited to tell you about them.  In the interests of being upfront and honest, this is a sponsored post and  I was compensated for the post by Frush and was provided the drinks as well as some pretty awesome swag to share with my team.  Regardless, All opinions are my own.

Thursdays can be a super hectic day for my team at work.  It's a full day of crazy from the start of the day straight through the end and there are many times when we just plain don't get the opportunity to stop and sit down to eat. In fact, by 9pm on any given Thursday, especially this time of year, most of us are so HANGRY that knowing that I had these 7oz bottles to toss at people throughout the day made my entire day that much easier!

Because the flow of my job is such that we rarely all stop working at the same time, I thought I would set the bottles up and let people try them out as the available moments came upon them but as luck would have it, We had a moment where all of us were free and got a chance to enjoy our yogurts together.

As you can see, we got a tiny bit silly while enjoying our Yogurts!  "I Mustache you to try some FRUSH"

Overall, The 'Spoonless' yogurts worked great for all of us since the cap was replaceable, they were portable and full of flavor.  The masses agreed that the yogurt was thick and creamy and pineapple won out as the favorite flavor.  Second place was the peach.  The only thing I hear negative at all was about the blueberry having a small aftertaste but even with that, the ratings were all high!  Thumbs up from all of the staff!  We all agreed that these would be a great healthy snack to grab when we are on the go.  The single serve containers have around 200 calories, most have less than 30g of carbs and 7g of protein.  They make a handy and filling snack in between meals or a perfect compliment to a light breakfast or lunch.  The effort to take our Workplace and make it 'Go Spoonless' was a huge success.  Heck... most of the time we can't even find a spoon!!

  1. Kat held a Frush party for a few of us a while back. They are pretty good, but a little too much sugar/calories for me to warrant drinking them on the regular. Maybe half with someone :)
